It is approximately 2 Tbsp per ounce so 16 times 2=32 Tbsp.

Dry ounce or liquid? I could only find liquid ounce converters.
This is for liquids and approximate as 31.2 ml.is actually a bit more than 30 ml.which=2Tbsp where 250 ml.=1cup Imperial.Here's a link for both!http://www.simetric.co.uk/si_kitchen.htm
