I would like to know how can I put music from my computer to my Tracfone 500G LG?

You will need a microSD card and a data cable. Connect the phone to your pc and it will show as an external drive on. From there it's just a matter of dragging your songs to the phone. Basically works just like a usb thumb drive. If you don't have the SD card in the phone then it wont show up as a drive. Alternatively, if you have a card reader, you can place the songs on the card itself.
