Unfortunately for you, there is no fix for this problem other than to get off dial up. This issue has been occurring for over a decade with no resolution. I know the switch to, does not work. You just have to wait out the server issue to be able to use the internet again. You can try whoever you get your dial up through to see what they suggest but I doubt they will have an answer. Sorry.
