A good instructor and hours apon hours apon hours of practice. Even the pro's have trouble being consistent and they pay mega money for professional training.

Every morning as much as you can. Hit the practice fields. My old boss used to stand in the shop just practicing his swing for hours and hours and went to the practice field just to hit balls for 2-3 hours. He played every weekend, both days. He was very dedicated but this sport requires this kind of dedication. Good luck!!
