what is taught in college the ceramic based element yirittium and super conduction when doped with semi conductive silicon(arsenic is pentavalent,boron is trivalent bonding and covalent bonding is used when doping yirittium with the alkaloid hemite,or they noy teach this when explaining super conductivity at freezing tempertures of nitrogen or liquid helium?
super conductivity always uses yirittium,do you still teach this like rets electronics in louisville?
i think a super conductive transistor could half yirittium doped and half silicon doped like like a shcottkey diode which is half platium and half silicon doped semi conductive material.i call it a y.o.s.f.e.t.(yirittium oxide substrate field effect tansistor with a gate ,source,and collector for amplification of the super conductive material.
