does newtonian fluid have no lines of force or torque due it's container of area or momentum of the dynamic fliuds curl vector center region viscosity not a factor with the formula for vorticity in newtonian fliud?
viscosity is not your stress tensor,when combined with centrafugual and centripical force by joules per foot pound because dynamic fluid gravitates its speed of momnetum by decreasing the vorticitys viscoscity
