After i became a Christian and before i could get married,i rang the cops interstate where i had an outstanding warrant, and asked them to arrange a court date and i would be there,,and i went to the court with a load of faith in God..and thankfully God delivered..although there are still those that say my past disqualify me from a few things..to them i say stuff em..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<..

    Instructions
    Things You'll Need
    State criminal record request application
    or
    FBI applicant information form
    Standard fingerprint form
Obtaining Criminal History through the State

    1
Look up the contact information for your state's Department of Justice or State Police organization. Some states use their police department for the purpose of maintaining criminal records of incidents that took place within the state, while others use a unified agency or department. Your state will have either one or the other. If you believe that you have criminal convictions in a state that is different from the one you currently live in, you should contact that state's criminal justice agency as well.

    2
Call your state's criminal justice agency (Department of Justice or State Police Department) and request an application for a criminal history report. Also ask what specific information that state will require and whether there are any fees involved. Additionally, request the address to which the application will need to be sent.

    3
Complete the criminal history record application. You will be required to provide personal information about yourself such as your name, address, former address, date of birth, any aliases or maiden names and Social Security number. Some states may request your driver's license number and a copy of your fingerprints. Mail the application back to your state's criminal justice agency along with any applicable fees and documentation that is required. You should receive your report in the mail within two to four weeks.
