You need two conversions, one for the liquid mls and the other for the powder which is in mg.

The best method is to standardise on teaspoons and the material used is salt.

This table gives you the ml's based on a teaspoon.

Converting mgs to teaspoons..

1 teaspoon of table salt would be 5000 grams, which is about 2000 mg of sodium.

Depends on the density of the powder that you want to convert.

As learned in school (and I hope this works) if 2000 mg of sodium is in 1tsp = 4.92892 mls

then 138mg  of sodium = 4.92892 divided by 2000 multiplied by 138 giving you a resulting figure of 0.34009548 mgs of sodium. That's about the closest you can get using the tables provided. And I am no mathematician.

Used the if 60 seconds = 1 minute= 60 seconds

then how much would 2120 seconds be and it was 60/60 x 2120 =  2120. Grade 4 I think it was :).
