Aliens in your blood stream controlled y the good guys = red blood cells. Antibodies are caused by the body's own defense mechanisms against the invaders who bring about disease. If not within, then introduced from without by vaccines and medicines (antibiotics - check meaning also on the web)which promote the good guys and give them weapons with which to fight back.
