      Call the taxi company. They can give you the rates.

        At Thai airports, you pay at a desk inside the airport or just outside the front doors. You are given a ticket and you present it to a taxi-driver. This is done so that the taxi-drivers can't over-charge you, which they will do if given the chance. I guess it would be the same in Phuket airport too.
