    wE HAVE A STATEMENT FROM UBS SHOWING $70,908 SHORT TERM LOSS

    wE HAD CHANGED FROM mORGAN kEEGAN AND NO ONE TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD SELL OUR STOCK FOR $70900 LESS IN ORDER TO ROLL OVER TO UBS.  WE DID NOT GET A 1099 R FROM THEM BUT WE DID GET A YEAR ENDING REPORT THAT CLEARLY SAYS WE HAD A SHORT TERM LOSS OF $70900 AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO PUT EACH ACCOUNT IN THE HR BLOCK SOFTWARE I GET A MESSAGE SAYING WE DO NOT GET THIS DEDUCTION.
