1) password problem? By the way Google causes that all the time
2) Sign in user name? different from user email address
3) Not noticed but done often username and password on same line because the "tab" button is delayed and half of it is in the password box while the balance is in the user name or email address. Thus pressed enter, and the whole schamozzle (A problem that really isn't neccesary, or that could easily be fixed, but usualy isn't.) is a "must start over".
