    I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL INDICATING MY LAB RESULTS BUT IT CAME IN MY SPAM AND WAS LOST. HOW DO I GO ABOUT GETTING THE RESULTS?

      Contact the Dept where your test were taken.

        Did you sign up somewhere to get your results online?  Like at the lab or your healthcare provider?This would have been done earlier and you would have  a username and password.
