    Regarding monies taken by fraud and scam

    I do not have a credit card.  i only have a debit card which can be used as a credit card.  However it was not accepted when I entered it with the attorney holding.


    Is there a resolution to this issue of payment?  Karen

      If you have the funds I can,t see what the problem is, have you contacted the attorney?

        Can you write a check instead?  Whether by credit, debit, or check the money has to be in the account.
