      Which program?  Would recommend  a natty program which is free and works all the time, CD to mp3 converter. Easy to use, 100% perfect and acceptable, example www.revrebnation.com/taba.. All my waves files were converted to MP3 using that program. And if you are interested further, you could use the free audacity beta version to edit out the errors and add voice tracks as well.
