    employee was send angola from ahmedabad, in agrrment there is provision that if any fraud committed by employee, india court has jurisdiction. employee made fraud at angola , can company file criminal complaint against him from angola by mail in police station

      To file a complaint to police you would need to make a statement, the statement would then be personally signed by the complainant, i don't think an email would be acceptable.You would be asked to attend the police station.
