      The intake roller is either faulty or broken, some times better getting a new printer.

        As you were Ive opperated on said printer found a black plasticy thingy blocking the roller so I removed it stitched it up and its as good as new think it was just a guide or something none essential. I do have three spare screws now though and one floating about inside but its ok for now
