      You need to have a phone book, in first few pages under Customer Guide in white pages; Table of Contents, telephone solutions then pg. # .  Look for Privacy Manager-this will guide you through how to block incoming calls and it is a free service.  Yea, being retired AT&T comes in handy at times.

        Caller id will work it won't block them but you can at least avoid answering those undesired calls..
