      I answered this the best I could. We are not Skype. I checked Skypes help section. They say to have your internet checked. It could be your computer needs to be cleaned out and/or it may have some virus's you do not know about. There is no way to contact Skype. You just get to look at their useless help section https://support.skype.com/en-us/faq/FA10553/I-use-Skype-Connect-and-my-calls-keep-dropping-mid-call-What-should-I-do
