    How come I have to erset my yahoo account, I dont like talking to a computer,it takes forever to get a live agent

    I havr had my email for years. Now yahoo wants to change it. I hate talking to a automatedagent.

        We are not Yahoo. We are real people but we can not answer for them. I do not know why you have to erase your account. As far as I know, you can't erase or delete them.  What about your account does yahoo want to change?

          before you change your account, attempt to add another account with the same address, etc.  If it says "already in use" or something like that, your account is still open. Try that first.
