    once h20 is taken out of atmosphere and is not returned this must affect the planet

      Come on, you really need the answer here? Take away H20 from the planet and what happens? What does radiators have to do with the planet?

        once you take water away it lowers the sea levels we are not talking gallons here we are talking mega tonnes sea level drops temps rise envirament changes dogger ba master degree answer to your valued comment colleen the water is never returned
