    I'm online trying to create an account and I have it connected to my computer, but I cannot turn it on

      Exactly what do you mean by set up?


      I have had a Tom Tom for years but at a loss to be able to help you as I do not know what you call "set up"


      Really all you do is charge the battery and then flick through the book for instructions on favourites ,time setting etc.
