      Depends on which tire is blown front? rear?inside?outside?

        If its green flag racing a lap probably will be lost , maybe on a  yellow flag you wouldn't lose a lap. Also road courses are slower and you could change the tire! Not losing a lap is unlikely at Daytona 500! Alas so was racing today! Rain!
