What is the value of a signed How To Play Golf by Harry Vardon, 1912 publised in Scotland

hardback...good condition at best.  I believe it is missing one page which would have had the date and publisher's name.  It does state it was publiched in Scotland.  Complete other than that.  The pages are in good shape.

I'll give you a fiver for it, come on, take it, best offer for a damaged book.

Another interesting thing happened to me when I held it in my hand. The wow factor that I had figured would hit me like a bullet link train simply wasn't there. It could be that I had built up too much excitement and set my expectations too high but something about the watch no longer felt magical. That is not to say that link I didn't like it though. In fact everything I appreciated about it during my obsessive period remained true when I took temporary possession of it that day link in my apartment.
