I don't know of one in this country (England) but if this is for your self can you not get a friend or a relative to do this, it does not seem to be asking a lot of anybody.

Call your Visiting Nurses Association. They may be able to help you. Also if you belong to a church,there are usually members who will do that. Neighbors, that you know or relatives. There are still many good people out there. You just need to ask.I

Where do you come from? we have numerous services here for the elderly, sick,disabled etc that provide this type of service, also a "drop in" service should the person require assistance, your doctor may know of services available in your area

Is there a service that  offers daily  monitoring example a phone call to seniors living alone without family

I hear you, there must be some kind of service you can hire  that will call for you everyday and to let you know...........

Get in touch with the Salvation Army, i am sure they could assist with something like this.
