I have another computer that I stopped using as I am being forced to have an anti-virus program. I think some one has installed their program in my computer to do this but I could not find it so I could delete it. At first I just ignored the message that always turned up on the screen but later on I was not able to go on. What am I supposed to do so I could use that computer where I am many important documents installed. Shall I accept their offer and pay what they are asking for?

Eddyrom, there is a lot of these so called anti-virus programmes that once you click on to it to view it, it is hard to get rid of, suggest you take it to a reputable computer repair establishment, they will wipe it for you, remember ignore these devious anti- viral programmes, or to save money in the long term, save up and buy a virus free, Apple I MAC.

Wanderer, i wish i could have done that with my previous computer, we have nothing like that at all, except $120 to have the computer completely cleaned by computer techs.
