        use mozilla firefox instead. I stopped using it at advice of computer repair person

          Outlook express is an email,newsgroup client. Comes packaged w/ internet explorer and MS office (MS Office Outlook).. Nothing to do with browsers, its a separate app.

          The computer repair guy i use eliminates outlook express on all his clients computers.
