      If you are visiting a foreign country that requires a visa for entry, you must get a visa before you enter that country.

        you have to be more clear,you like to have a visa for your wife for your girlfriend, for the wife,you have to see your botschaft, then it is not a visa you have to ask for a greencard,best it is you go with her ,if not  it takes longer, girlfriend can have for shorttime, but if she says she likes to stay longer in usa it can be trouble,
