    Rub a teaspoon of vaseline into your hands each night before you go to bed. Place a sock over your hand and keep it on there over night. Do this for two weeks strait and you will see a significant difference.

    Try Hemp intensive hand butter from The Body Shop.  You can buy it on line from their web sight. It takes very little and isn't greasy.  Hope, this helps.

    Look for an antibacterial soap that also has emollients that will keep your hands hydrated. You may need to ask the pharmacist at the drug store.
