      Wow Garnel, I don't know if you are speaking for yourself or another but if your driving rights have been removed for life, you or they have been evaluated as a hazard to others and/or yourself. I'm sorry but I would have to vote 'no' on this as i see you/them as a risk to my life..

        This is a question best asked of a lawyer. If you have a lifetime prohibition, I would venture a guess you have been less than honorable with your driving. Maybe you need to address that issue first.
