what is mobile phone brand and model?If it's Nokia Phone means try 1234 or 0000 these are default codes.If these code does not works means get the master reset code from the site for Nokia DCT phones and Alcatel OLD phones at Onlinegsmunlock.com/unlocking-services/rs7wp6/ and reset from password lock.To upgrade the Phones Go to store.
