True. It has gone on for many years, before society has finally come to recognize it as a serious problem. Any time someone is preoccupied with anything else other than what is going on in their direction of travel, for all practical purposes its little different than having no one in control of the vehicle, in the event something occurs in its path of travel.

I suggest that when summer starts and girls are out and showing more of themselves, traffic accidents increase. I have no statistics that support this, just personal observation.
