I would highly doubt it, where it was your choice to use the drugs or not, knowing that the consequences of failing a drug test would affect your employment. The only thing that would possibly save you would be if they didn't follow procedure, and there was question as to the test's validity. But, you would have had to raise that issue initially.

i did question it..i don't use drugs. thank you. what now?
Make absolutletely sure you have very clearly stated that it was an error in the testing, and request confirmation with an independent lab, method of testing, certification for conducting the test including obtaining and handling samples, chain of custody...and get yourself a lawyer who handles such cases. If you can't afford one, go through ACLU for referal!
