Your larynx(Voice box becomes inflamed due to infection usually,your temperature may be raised and you may feel tired and lethargic!...you should try and rest your voice as it can put added strain on your vocal chords..it should ease within a few days/week or so..but if you are worried and it persists please go see your G.P....you may need antibiotics..decided by yourGP..but drink plenty of fluids and you can buy an antiseptic mouth wash which could help! :-> all good wishes,get well soon,Millie xx
