    OSTEOARTHRITIS is often caused by lack of calcium and vitaminD ..AND AGING!:->...As I always say see your GP for help..but even if it can`t be reversed it can be controlled by medical intervention and a healthy diet rich in protein and vegetables...with any arthritis your Dr may refer you to a pain clinic??..OR maybe Physio...so do ask what help is available!..Rheumatoid arthritis...inflamation usually of joints ..I know hands can be particularly painful...see GP...for pain relief and ask re steroid injections which can reduce swelling and pain and help with disfigurement of hands which can make life so difficult!!..(Remember I`m not a GP!!...So please follow their advice)!
