     My advice is first seek the advice of your GP.  He has many patients on his hands.


     


     

    Take Ibuprofen or Aleve.  They reduce inflammation as well as Aspirin. Do not take Tynelol, b/c it just masks the pain adn deosn't reduce inflammation.
