You will need to record it onto a computer. You will need a line from your Tape Players out-put, to a Computer microphone connection.
Then you can use an audio program to restore it as well as possible by using the numerous 'effects' that are featured within the program.
I have downloaded an audio program called Audacity. There are others out there.
Audacity is the only one I have tried, and works very well if you want to do it yourself. If you love the music and/or the person you're doing it for, it will be fun!
