Sounds like a computer issue. When was the last time you ran any scans on your computer to clean it out of all the junk it picks up on the internet? The e-mail is not loading properly because there's something stopping it. You may need to have your computer serviced.

Thanks, but I had a computer crash recently and the hard drive had to be wiped clean. I think this problem is connected
Check with your internet provider then and see if they can find out where the e-mail is hanging up because that happens sometimes.
