I like pretzel-bottomed Jello. The bottom layer is butter, sugar and pretzel sticks. The middle layer is the standard cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and whipped topping mixture. The topping is raspberry jello with frozen raspberries and sliced bananas.. Sweet, salty, crunchy, and smooth.

Very yummy! I first had it at an office potluck in the late 70s. I think I three helpings. BIG helpings. (It was sugar-free Jello....)

That would have to be scrapple for me. It is a poor southern food made of shredded pork and corn meal. You mix them together let stand overnight then cut into thin slices and fry crisp like bacon. Yummy stuff however, I add slat port and green chili for a more New Mexican flavor.
