Have you friends who you can talk to re feeling sad??....Talking to people often helps or do something that you enjoy to take your mind off it for a while..escaspism!...If this is an ongoing problem then maybe you need to discuss it with your GP or a therapist and get to the route of what`s making you sad?...we all get down sometimes!
Take care..and remember to think of all the good things in your life..or goodtimes out there waiting for you!
