I would never last untill 4:54 am. I would fall asleep at the computer. I have starte here at 4:50 am though many times.

I have never been a sleeper, I would love to sleep 8 hours. I had a sleep study done, they couldn't find a medical reason.
I sleep 2 hours here, 3 hours there, I have to nap. You can tell by my spelling and sometimes what I say, I'm to tired. Once in a while I'll crash.

Daisy, I had that problem for many years. Meditation before bedtime has finally helped me go to sleep on time and get enough rest.You schould try it.
I should, but to much creeps in, can't block out the world. I need to read up on it. I'm doing something wrong!
Please stay up a little longer as ive just woak up.

I never sleep long. It's more like naps. Maybe it's stress. There has to be a reason, it's not medical. Maybe I just don't like to sleep? Nope that's not it!

I'm ususlly here till at least 2am . I'm in EST zone. What time zone are you guys in ? It's 2am right now, as a matter of fact. Darn it, I was going to try to go to bed at a half-way decent hour tonight, so I can go to church tomorrow. My name is Julie too. It's really Juliana , but I go by Julie
Pacific Standard Time, Juliana, and it's 1:15 AM. I went out for the evening, for a change. I should be ready for sleep in 10 minutes. It's 4:15 AM for you...I hope you got some sleep tonight!

That works! A friend got me to try some Irish coffee, I slept like a baby! I'm not a drinker, never had the time. I worked several jobs and went to school full time. I couldn't play or experiment.
Do you have a drink in mind? I don't know any. The Irish coffee got a little old.
