    How can I complain from the banks, which they are not listening to anybody.

    The Bank is charging me exit fee and discharge administration fee, and saying that we only stop charging these fees if you have been with us at least five years. I also believe i have started to get the loan more than five years ago, but it was for building houses so it was paid gradually but now they are making it so the starting time or settlement time is when the buildings were finished.

      Some banks are really getting sneaky in devising ways to squeeze money out of people. Have you considered changing banks?
