      Although I have never used it myself, I've known quite a few people who have spoken very highly of it.

        synthetic oil does not break down at higher temperatures as fast as regular oil.

          Yes, it lasts much longer and you won't have to change your oil as often. The downside is that it costs more and once you use it in your engine they say you need to stick with it and not switch back to conventional oil. So it's better, more costly, and once you go synthetic you shouldn't ever go back.
