      You need to set up the scanner on this one


      http://www.radioreference.com/apps/audio/1) click on your state on the map


      2) Click on your county on the map


      3) Under ad for google earth, click, Launch the county web player


      4) In pop up window, see player with list of towns, find your town and click it.

        Try googling it. In some areas that service is available over your computer. Out of curiousity I tried one of these services on their trial basis. I wasn't impressed with the lag time.
