Are you saying you believe the US government should borrow even more money from China to support school in KENYA?
No, I am saying to stop spending billions on military (43%) of the federal budget! Our President is doing a very poor job, does he even know his job? 1.6 million kids are homeless, millions in soup lines across the country,no jobs, 6 million in prison. He cuts education, there's no health care.
