      If you  are talking about a pre-manufactured home, I believe it's included in the purchase of the home. They are built in modules that are more easily transported on trucks that need minimal permitting.

        A manufactured home is either a trailer or a modular. Depending on the width is what they will base the moving fee on. The distance also. A 12 foot unit is the maximum that can be transported over a county road in my area. Check with the township, they will advise you.
