      It's not a program installed on your computer. It's an attachment on the toolbar you use so there is no "uninstalling" it. Just don't click it or you can try right clicking on it and select, "hide".

        to hide the Ask a question button in your toolbar go to the left button and drop down the menu, find there Toolbar options, then go to the Predefined components, where you should check off Akaqa 


        after all click OK button

          I have a button on the right that I can right click and select hide. It all depends on which toolbar the person is using.
