      No, illegal citizens do not have the same rights as legal citizens. You are in until you get deported. People should only enter countries legally. Walking into someone's home without permission is frowned apon too. I bet the illegals here expect people to knock on their door and get permission before they enter their abode.

        Apply for a visa through immigration services and see what you need to do to be legal here. Work visas are available and if you find work you will need one. Take the initiative to get on a good footing with imigration.

          Ahh yes, I forgot all about Obama's work program for the illegals. Put them to work while thousands apon thousands of legal citizens remain unemployed.

          You know there must be answers we can all live with. That we have not found a way that satisfies everyone on both sides of the border is a challenge to all of us. They come here for a better standard of living and have not earned their place here. No wonder the resentment. If they could raise their own country up we would prefer that rather than seeing so many coming here. Apparently the economy where they come from does not work with their own people as well. I think our state department should be working on those governments to make the needed changes to reverse the flow across the border. That is where the “problem” can be handled properly.

          Robert, I agree. The Mexican people are the only ones who can make the changes necessary to live with dignity in their own land. I don't subscribe to handing over our money to solve their social problems. I do believe we should help in every way including money and technology to fight the war on drugs before the shit hits our boarders.

          Ed, we gave them guns to fight the war on drugs. Better weapons than the drug runners have. The drug runners now have the guns. The government is corrupt. We can not help them. They need to rise up and over throw their government. Then they can join the USA as part of the USA, then they will not need to illegally cross the boarder.
