Your best bet is www.irs.gov. You can access all the forms, prior years as well. If you have a local IRS office, head over there. CALLING will get you absolutely NOWHERE. Trust me. Local offices have a recording that tells you they will NOT answer the phone. The IRS number they refer you to will run you in a circle and have you holding until Christmas. :(
