To whomever hold their Bonds. Anyone can buy government Bonds.
The US is on similar path that will lead us to bankruptcy, like the majority of the Socialist counties of the world, if we do not stop borrowing money to spend.
Currently the Federal government under Obama is spending an average of $4,500,000.000 A week MORE than the US Treasury takes in, it is lunacy that is devaluing the US DOLLAR.
